Dance it Out: Slow and Steady
Mondays, 2:30pm-3:30pm
No experience necessary, just a love for movement and a desire to build strength, agility, and balance. This class draws from the classic dance techniques of modern and ballet foundations to help enhance coordination, rhythm, increase flexibility, and develop a connection with your mind and body. We will move to fun and inspiring music, uplift cardio health, and feed your body and soul.

Adult Contemporary
Mondays, 5:15pm-6:30pm
Revitalize or develop your love for dance! This class will be an eclectic mix of traditional center Modern techniques and the smooth-cool funk of contemporary Jazz. We will have fun while building strength, agility, and developing a deeper understanding of our adult dancer selves. Let's dance to great music, in a supportive environment, with lots of room for personal flavor!

GRIT & GRACE:
Dance for the Sustainable Body
Tuesdays, 6-7pm
Where strength and flexibility meet agility and balance. A movement class designed for long-term wellness.
Grit & Grace supports laborers, martial artists, athletes, desk-workers, and anyone seeking greater agility, strength, flexibility, and body control. Rooted in contemporary dance, Latin rhythms, Capoeira, and informed by elements of yoga and somatic movement, this class builds power, mobility, and fluidity—all while honoring the body’s natural intelligence.
As the body evolves, it increasingly relies on strength training, mobility, and functional movement to stay resilient. This class helps fortify joints, support posture, and build the muscular balance needed for a long, active, sustainable life—on the job, in training, and in everyday movement. Develop essential skills that support functional movement and whole-body longevity, including injury-prevention techniques, safe falling and recovery practices, and enhanced spatial and body awareness. Whether you swing a hammer, sit at a computer, or train with athletic intention, come sweat, stretch, and move with purpose.
No dance experience needed — basic plank and lunge ability is helpful as we will do primal moves on the floor.
