***This class is sold out*** Ninja Moves (ages 5-6) with Ellen Run, jump, skip, leap, roll, spin, cartwheel, and more! This high-energy, athletic, and creative class combines healthy alignment and body awareness with the instinctive movements of young children. We will combine the funky fundamentals of hip-hop with the martial arts and dance components of Capoeira. Build cool skills, listen to great music, and most importantly: Ninjas bring the fun!
