Class Description

Let's get together and dance the day, the week, and our worries away! No experience needed. This is a fast-paced class infused with classic modern dance mixed with all genres of dance styles to build strength, agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. Develop a deeper understanding of your adult dancer self. Bring your best selves (or your worst!) — follow along to all the great music you love to move and groove to in a fun, low-pressure environment. This class is ongoing. You can purchase a single class for $22 or a 4-class package for $72 (class packages expire 6 months from date of purchase.) Pay online by credit card or at the studio by cash, check, or Venmo.
