Class Description

Contemporary/Hip-hop (ages 11-17) with Ellen This class incorporates the foundation of classical modern dance with the funk and flair of current dance styles. Each student will learn to move through space with their own creative voice while we also unpack the importance of technique. Class work will emphasize healthy alignment and core strength, as well as learning hip-hop fundamentals — including breaking and balances, pop and lock, and isolations.
